Posted on the wall,
like your labour rate.

You don't make people call to find out your hourly rate, and neither do we. It's $500 a month plus 10% of whatever you bring in past where you were before us. Every shop starts with the same free audit, so you know what you're getting into before you pay anything.

The deal

$500a month
+ 10%of the extra

The base covers the whole list. The 10% only applies to revenue above what you were doing before we started. If you don't grow, you pay the base and nothing else.

Call for the free audit

Month one is setup. You pay the base, the percentage starts month two. Prices are plus tax where it applies. Canadian shops pay in CAD, US shops in USD, same numbers. If we ever recommend ads, the ad money goes from you straight to Google. We don't touch it or mark it up.

What the base covers

  • Your Google listing rebuilt, verified, and kept current: hours, services, posts, new photos every month off shots you send from a phone.
  • Wrong hours and old numbers fixed on Google, Apple Maps, Yelp, Bing, and the rest of the directories.
  • Every review answered within a day, written the way you'd say it. Anything touchy, we run past you first.
  • A fast website that works on a phone and gets people to call. Or your current one fixed, if it's worth keeping.
  • Review requests by text on every invoice, so nobody at the counter has to remember to ask.
  • Service pages for the jobs you want more of: brakes, A/C, safeties, diesel, diagnostics, whatever pays.
  • Getting you found on Google Maps in the towns and neighbourhoods your customers drive in from.
  • Call tracking so we know how many new customers actually called. Your real number stays on your listing and your sign.
  • Your logo, invoices and texts cleaned up so they match, plus a clean sign file if you ever want a new sign. The sign shop still charges you for the sign.
  • Ads managed if the numbers say they'd pay off, and you see those numbers before anything runs.
  • A one-page monthly report: what we did, what it brought in, what we charged.

There's no setup fee, no 12-month contract, no cancellation fee. Firing us takes one phone call, and everything we built stays yours: the website, the domain name, the listing, the logins, all of it. If the numbers aren't moving after 90 days, we'll be the ones to bring it up, and we'll tell you straight whether to keep going or stop paying us.

How the 10% works

  1. We agree on a baseline

What you averaged in the three months before we started, from your own records. Growth means anything over that line. If your shop swings hard with the seasons, tell us on the call and we'll set the line against the same months last year instead. It doesn't move after that.

  2. Each month you tell us the sales

One number, by text or on the call. Sales before tax, the same number you give your accountant. We show you the difference from the baseline, our 10% of that difference, and the $500 base. That's the invoice.

  3. You keep 90% of the extra

The base doesn't change. The percentage is only ever on money you weren't making before. On a bad month you pay the $500 and that's the whole bill.

  4. It runs on trust

You tell us the number, we take it. We'd rather lose a bit to a shop that rounds down than audit the people we work for. It's worked fine so far.

Worked example. Made-up numbers, just to show the math.
Your sales before us$40,000
Same shop, six months in$52,000
Extra that month$12,000
Our 10% of the extra$1,200
Base$500
Extra money you keep$10,300
That's revenue, not profit. Your parts and your techs' hours come out of it, same as any job. And a flat month at $40,000 costs you $500. A huge month at $70,000 costs you $3,500, and you keep $26,500 you didn't have before.

Every shop, no matter what

  • You own everythingWebsite, domain, Google listing, every login. If you leave tomorrow, it all goes with you.
  • Month to monthYou pay one month at a time, and you can stop whenever you want.
  • Three numbers, every monthCalls to the shop, people who tapped Directions on Google, and where you sit on the map when somebody nearby searches. If they're not moving, we say so first.
  • One shop per areaWe won't work for you and the shop across town. Area means the 15 to 20 minute drive around your shop, the same area we work the search for.
  • A person who answersNo ticket system, no sales guy who hands you off. You call, Jatin picks up, 8 to 8 Eastern, Monday to Saturday.

Questions we get

How fast will I see something?

Listing and review fixes start showing up in searches within 2 to 6 weeks. Rankings move over 60 to 90 days. Anyone promising you page one in a week is about to burn you again.

What if I already have a website?

We look at it first. If it's fast and it makes the phone ring, we keep it and tell you so. Most shop sites take five seconds to load on one bar of signal and bury the phone number somewhere. Those we rebuild.

Do I have to post on Facebook and all that?

No. You don't touch any of it. For a repair shop the money is in search anyway. The guy whose car won't start this morning isn't scrolling Facebook, he's typing "mechanic near me" into Google.

How do you know what my sales are?

You tell us. Once a month, one number, sales before tax. We don't audit it and we don't want to see your books. If we can't trust each other on a number, we shouldn't be working together anyway.

What if I raise my rate or land a fleet account on my own?

If it's something you did without us, like landing a fleet account yourself, tell us and we leave it out of the baseline math. The 10% is for growth we had a hand in.

What does the free audit actually include?

We search your area like a customer would, from a phone. You get a written rundown: where you show up, where you don't, what the chains near you are doing, and roughly what it's costing you. Takes us a few days, and all we need to start is the shop name and address. It's yours either way, and some shops take it and never hire us. That's fine.

Why should I trust a marketing company at all?

You shouldn't, not at first. Go look at Peel Automotive on Strathearn Ave in Brampton, one we did the full setup for, and check the listing yourself. Past that, the audit is free and in writing, there's no contract, and the only money we make above the $500 is a cut of money you didn't have before. Give it two or three months, look at the numbers, and decide for yourself.

Every shop starts with the audit

The audit is free.
Being invisible on Google isn't.
