We only do
marketing for
auto repair shops.

No restaurants, no dentists, no roofers. Independent auto repair shops, that's the whole client list. We know what a slow Tuesday in February looks like, and what one bad review from the guy who declined the brake job does to the phones. And if you also do transmissions, we know that needs its own page on your site, because that's what people search for.

A note from the founder

2026 · A note from Jatin Bagga, Brampton

I started GrowthMog by walking into shops around Brampton and Mississauga, no ads, no cold emails. I'd go in, talk to whoever was running the place, and ask to see their Google page.

Most of the time it was the same story. A guy who'd been fixing cars for twenty years, better than the chain down the road, and online the shop looked closed. Wrong hours, three photos from 2019, a couple of reviews nobody had answered.

And they knew. They just didn't want to deal with it, and why would they. They didn't get into this to learn Google. So I started doing it for them. The Google listing, photos, reviews, the website, the ads when it made sense. They did their part, I did mine, and the phones started ringing again.

Peel Automotive in Brampton is one we can name, because the owner's fine with it. Quiet bays and no real Google presence when we met them, and now the shop runs like it did in its best years. What we did there is on the home page.

That's still the whole business. We take a good shop that's been running the old way and make it fit today's market, every little detail of it. You pay $500 a month plus 10% of whatever you make above where you were before us. Canadian dollars if you're in Canada. Every month you get a one-page report showing what we did, what it brought in and what we charged, so you're never paying a retainer and guessing what it's for.

Month to month, no contract, no setup fee, no fee to leave. And everything we build is yours: the website, the Google listing, the logins. If you walk, it walks with you.

We started in the GTA and now work with shops across Canada and in the US, mostly the South. If you run a shop and any of this sounds familiar, call me at (905) 783-9701. I'll tell you what's wrong for free. What you do after that is up to you.

The shop rules

Same rules you
run your shop by.

  1. Diagnose before you quote

You wouldn't replace an alternator because the customer guessed it was the alternator. The audit comes first, free and in writing, and we only talk price after you've read it.

  2. Show the old part

Every claim we make comes with the evidence: how many calls came in, how many people asked for directions, where you rank on the map, and the same three numbers from before we started. Anything we can't put a number on, we don't take credit for.

  3. Don't sell work the car doesn't need

Plenty of shops don't need ads or social media or half of what an agency would sell them. If you don't need it, we'll say so. That's usually when an owner starts believing us about the rest. And if ads do make sense, the ad money goes from you straight to Google. We don't touch it or mark it up.

  4. Most of our money comes when yours does

$500 a month base, plus 10% of anything you make over where you were before us. If your revenue doesn't go up, the 10% is zero. The $500 still gets paid, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. But we can't make a living on the base, so we have to grow you.

  5. One shop per area

We won't work for you and the shop across town at the same time and take money from both of you to fight over the same customers. First shop in an area gets it. Area means the drive your customers actually make to reach you, usually 15 to 20 minutes. When the next one calls, we tell them it's spoken for.

Where we work

Home base: the GTA

The Greater Toronto Area is where this started and where most of the shops we work with are. If you're in the GTA, we come by and shoot the photos ourselves.

Also: Canada and the US

We work with shops across Canada and in the US, mostly the South, the same way we do it here: over the phone, with a real person, and a one-page report every month with your calls, your direction requests, and where you sit on the map. The one thing we can't do from a distance is drive over and shoot the photos ourselves.

The audit is free whether you sign or not
